Burundi: EU renews sanctions until 31 October 2017

On the 29 September 2016, the Council of the European Union renewed the restrictive measures against Burundi until 31 October 2017. These measures consist of a travel ban and asset freeze against four persons whose activities are supposed to be undermining democracy of the country.
