Brussels to urge EU to deliver reforms and set social goals

In its contribution to the mid-March 2002 Barcelona Summit, the European Commission will call on European Union leaders to focus attention in 2002 on boosting employment, reforming network industries and financial markets and strengthening the EU's knowledge base.
