The Russian Government has been rebuked by the European Court of Human Rights for persecuting the now exiled businessman Vladimir Gusinskiy. The judgment, issued on 19 May 2004, is the 10th made against Russia since it ratified the European Convention on Human Rights, a condition for membership of the Council of Europe. |
