Brussels cool on Spanish proposal to lift visas for Colombians and Peruvians

The European Commission announced on 12 August 2013 that it may consider in 2014 whether travel visa requirements should be lifted for the citizens of Colombia and Peru, as proposed by Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy.
