Brussels Conference on Afghanistan, 4-5 October 2016

The European Union and the Afghan government co-hosted a Conference on Afghanistan on 4-5 October 2016.

The aim of the conference was to find a realistic way how to ensure political and economic development of the country for the next four years. Side events relating to women's empowerment in the country and regional integration were planned in the margins of the conference.
