According to a report by the Credit Card Research Group, UK consumers are the biggest users of credit cards in Europe with two-thirds of all credit card spending in the European Union on UK cards. Nearly 60% of UK adults own a credit card and 84% have a debit card such as Switch. This makes the UK the second most developed cards market after the United States. |
