Text of a speech Britain and France: Past, Present and Future given by the United Kingdom Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt in Paris on 8 November 2018. Mr Hunt said that the relationship between the two countries was one of 'competition and cooperation, similarity and difference'. But that Brexit Britain would be 'a European power whose values remain European'.
