Brexit could cost UK its UN Security Council seat, warns leading Tory

EurActiv interview with Sajjad Karim, MEP. Sajjad Karim had been unanimously nominated by the European Conservatives and Reformists Group in the European Parliament in June 2014 as its candidate to become the next President of the European Parliament.

He warned that leaving the European Union could cost the United Kingdom its seat on the United Nations Security Council. He also discussed in the interview many other issues relating to the UK and the EU, including who should become the next President of the European Commission.
