Bosnia missing EU train, Clinton warns

EurActiv reported that US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton warned Bosnia on the 12 October 2010 that it must catch up with its neighbours and integrate into Europe, saying it was time for the country to unite to deliver the promise of 1995 peace accords.

Mrs Clinton also urged Serbia to ensure constructive talks with its former province of Kosovo.
