Blair takes hard line on radical clerics

UK Prime Minister Tony Blair is increasing his efforts to achieve a cross-party consensus on a raft of anti-terror laws. The legislation to be outlined by Mr Blair over the next ten days will introduce an offence of glorifying or condoning terrorism, and will target people caught preparing to commit an act of terrorism.
