Blair calls for end to trade deadlock

In his annual keynote speech on foreign policy at London's Guildhall on 14 November 2005, UK Prime Minister Tony Blair warned the United States and European Union they must 'break the log-jam' in the Doha round of trade talks by making further substantial concessions on agricultural subsidies.
