Better regulation: Commission offers new opportunities for stakeholders to participate in the law-making process

The European Commission launched on 1 July 2016 an online feedback tool within the framework of its commitments under the Better Regulation Agenda. The online tool allows access to draft delegated and implementing acts, which are now open for public feedback for a period of four weeks.

By opening up another part of the European Union's decision-making process for stakeholder input, the EC also hoped to increase transparency in the EU institutions.
