The Subsidiarity Report 1999 covers the period from April 1999 until March 2000. It includes the review of subsidiarity through the Government departments and the Bundesrat, statistical developments since 1995 and an evaluation of the European Commission report report to the European Council 'Better lawmaking 1999'.
