Barnier urges France to reopen EU debate in 2013

EurActiv reported that Michel Barnier, the EU's Internal Market Commissioner, called on French President François Hollande in January 2013 to open a debate on what France wanted from the EU, warning that mainstream political parties risked losing the 2014 European elections if they failed to do so.
