Bank chief warns on ‘one-size’ euro stance

Sir Edward George, the Governor of the Bank of England, warned in an interview with German television in December 2001 of the dangers of the 'one size fits all' monetary policy inside the eurozone. He went on to say that the same monetary policy wasn't necessarily the best for every country at the same time.
