Report from the 37th Assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO), Montreal, 28 September - 8 October 2010. EurActiv reports that all aviation stakeholders, including manufacturers, airlines, airports and navigation service providers, issued a joint call for governments to agree a global plan to address aviation emissions at the United Nations climate summit in Cancún, December 2010.
