Three regional airlines were honoured for their pioneering use of EGNOS technology at the European Regional Airlines Association (ERA) General Assembly in Dublin, on 20 September 2012. Aurigny, based in the Channel Islands, received the Gold Award. It is Europe’s first regional airline to use the EGNOS satellite landing system to make it easier to land at Alderney Airport. |
