Attitude to EU will take ‘decades’ to change

According to an internal (UK) Foreign Office memorandum, obtained by the Financial Times under the new freedom of information law, it will take decades to change the attitude of the British public to Europe. The memo highlights the problem facing the Government in the run-up to the referendum on the European Constitution.
