It reviewed the progress made regarding judicial reform, combatting corruption, and organised crime (in Bulgaria’s case), looked at the measures adopted in response to the 2017 European Commission recommendations [Bulgaria / Romania], and examined how the CVM had performed overall. The report included recommendations on the future of the CVM. |
