Spain's Council of Ministers passed an Act on 13 December 2002, which incorporated into Spanish legislation European Directive 2001/101/EC of 26 November 2001, which regulates the definition of meat for labelling purpose, where meat is used as an ingredient in foodstuffs. This Directive amends Directive 2001/13/EC of 20 March 2000 on the labelling, presentation and advertising of foodstuffs. |
