The Best Procedure began in December 2000 to support Member States' efforts to identify and exchange best practices in a limited number of clearly defined areas of special importance to enterprises. In 2001 the European Commission launched 11 projects. More than half of them have now been concluded, or are in their final stages, and are yielding valuable lessons. |
