Annual report, part 2: Racism and xenophobia in the EU Member States: Trends, developments and good practice in 2002

With effect from 2003 the European Monitoring Centre on Racism and Xenophobia (EUMC) was required to publish two annual reports. This is the second of two reports covering the year 2002.

Please note that the European Monitoring Centre on Racism and Xenophobia (EUMC) was replaced by the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) in 2007.
