The 24th Annual Report, including the Statement of Assurance, of the European Court of Auditors in respect of the financial year 2000 was published on 13 November 2001. As for previous years, the Court has concluded in its Statement of Assurance that the financial statements of the European Communities are generally reliable, except for certain matters relating to fixed assets, commitments and the economic result. |
