EUIPO is the European Union Intellectual Property Office responsible for managing the EU trade mark and the registered Community design. It also works with the IP offices of the EU Member States and international partners to offer a similar registration experience for trade marks and designs across Europe and the world. Until March 2016 it was called the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM). The Annual Report of the EUIPO for 2015 was published in May 2016 following its approval by the Management Board of the Office. It provides an overview of the Office's activities during 2015. |
