The 2007 annual report on the state of the drugs problem in Europe, published by the European Monitoring Centre on Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA) on 22 November 2007, includes the latest findings from the 27 EU Member States, Norway and Turkey. The 2007 annual report is accompanied by 'Selected Issues 2007'; three in-depth reviews cover drugs and driving; drug use and related problems among the under 15s; and the public health impact of cocaine and crack cocaine use.
