Anger over Gibraltar talks plan

Spain's main opposition party has reacted angrily, December 2004, to moves by the current UK and Spanish governments to give Gibraltar an equal say over the future of the Rock. The Governments of the United Kingdom, the Kingdom of Spain, and Gibraltar have confirmed the establishment of a new three-sided forum for dialogue on Gibraltar, separate from the Brussels Process.
