Analysis: Macedonians fear fresh crisis

Almost unnoticed by the rest of the world, Macedonia may be drifting into crisis. Tensions over boundary changes have led to fresh violence. The small, impoverished former Yugoslav republic is holding a referendum on 7 November 2004 about the redrawing of municipal boundaries.
