An Area of Freedom, Security and Justice – Reviewing Extradition within the EU

This is a summary of an International Law Discussion Group meeting held at Chatham House on Thursday, 20 January 2011.

The speaker discussed the merits and difficulties of the EU arrest warrant arrangements, as the UK Extradition Review gets underway.
