Ahern starts EU constitution tour

Irish Prime Minister and current EU President Bertie Ahern is starting a tour of Member State capitals for talks on the draft European Constitution. He hopes to achieve agreement on the constitution at the European Council summit in June 2004. He was also expected to sound out leaders on who should become the next European Commission President.
