With last year's dispute over Greenland halibut still fresh in delegates' minds, progress was also made towards a dispute-settlement procedure and enhancing transparency within the organisation. The Total Allowable Catch (TAC) for Greenland halibut remains at 20,000 tonnes, although several Iberian fishing bodies were unhappy with the division of the cod TAC.
