AGE

AGE, the European Older People's platform, came into being in January 2001 after Eurolink Age, the European Platform of Seniors' Organisations (EPSO) and the Fédération Internationale des Associations des Personnes Agées (FIAPA) joined forces. To facilitate a smooth transition to AGE and to avoid duplication of activities, Eurolink Age placed most of its activities on hold for period of three years from 2001.
