Accord agreed on Yugoslavia’s future

After months of negotiations, the joint Serbian and Montenegrin Constitutional Commission unanimously adopted on the 6 December 2002 the Constitutional Charter of a new union of the two republics, thus preserving the joint state and removing another obstacle on the road to European integration.
