A pilot action on entrepreneurship education: High Level Reflection Panel. Fifth cluster meeting, Zagreb, 18-19 March 2010

In 2009, the European Commission launched a four-part series of High Level Reflection Panels involving EU member countries to determine how entrepreneurship education could be improved. In 2010, this ‘reflection process’ was
extended to the EU pre-accession countries and a selection of countries from the EU’s Southern Neighbourhood region.

The Fifth Entrepreneurship Education High Level Reflection Panel was held in Zagreb, Croatia, on 18-19 March 2010. The panel comprised all EU pre-accession countries and a selection of countries from the EU Southern Neighbourhood region (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo (UNSCR 1244/99), Former Yugoslav Republic of
Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Turkey) and three countries from the EU Southern Neighbourhood region (Egypt, Israel and Tunisia).
