9th International Congress of Higher Education

The European Commissioner for Education, Culture, Multilingualism and Youth addressed the audience of the 9th International Congress of Higher Education, was held on 10-14 February 2014.

The Commissioner announced plans to expand the European Union's Erasmus+ study-abroad programme in Latin America, so that students and academic staff from Latin America could have more opportunities to study or train in European universities.
