50 not out – First Minister marks 50 years since signing of Treaty of Rome

EU membership has made a huge impact on life in every corner of Wales while Welsh people and businesses have made major contributions to the European Union. This was the message from First Minister Rhodri Morgan in a keynote speech, 21 March 2007, to mark the 50th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Rome which established the European Economic Community.
