Further information:

This Regulation lays down specific and temporary measures applicable to driver documents issued by Ukraine in accordance with its legislation and held by persons enjoying temporary protection or adequate protection under national law in accordance with Directive 2001/55/EC and Council Implementing Decision (EU) 2022/382. It sets specific rules on expired, lost and stolen Ukrainian driving licences to reduce the administrative burden for those residing in the European Union (EU) under the temporary protection regime.
