Summary:

The Winter edition of Panorama leads with an interview with the new Commissioner for Regional Policy Corina Crețu, in which she outlines her vision of the development of the policy over the coming years. Another major article shows how EU Cohesion Policy is helping to tackle the challenges of climate change and energy security by investing in the low-carbon economy.
