Portugal’s agenda prioritises growth and sustainability

Summary:

Portugal takes centre stage in this issue of the Panorama magazine, as the headline reveals: Portugal's agenda prioritises growth and sustainability. It includes an interview with representatives from an operational programme and a managing authority to hear their though on how Portugal created growth while also greening their economy and tackling climate change. This is illustrated with a selection of innovation projects.

This issue also presents the main findings of the Strategic Report, which provides detailed and updated information on the implementation of the 2014-2020 ESIF programmes until the end of 2018, based on Member States' progress reports. The magazine also takes a detailed look at the projects funded through the European Neighbourhood Instrument (ENI) cross-border cooperation programmes, and at the fi-compass Showcase 2019 for projects support by ESIF financial instruments.
