Report on the exercise of the power to adopt delegated acts conferred on the Commission pursuant to Regulations 228/2013 and 229/2013

Summary:

Report presented on 27 September 2019 by the European Commission on the adoption of delegated acts under two Regulations relating to specific measures for agriculture in peripheral regions.

Further information:

Regulation (EU) No 228/2013 lays down specific measures for agriculture in the outermost regions of the Union. Regulation (EU) No 229/2013 lays down specific measures for agriculture in favour of the smaller Aegean Islands.

Pursuant to these Regulations, the power to adopt delegated acts is conferred on the Commission for a period of five years from 21 March 2013. This report gives an overview of the Commission’s use of the empowerment.
