Summary: Report presented on 27 September 2019 by the European Commission on the adoption of delegated acts under Regulation (EU) No 251/2014 relating to aromatised wine products. Further information: Regulation (EU) No 251/2014 lays down rules on the definition, description, presentation, labelling and the protection of geographical indications of aromatised wine products. Pursuant to Article 33(2) of the Regulation, the power to adopt delegated acts is conferred on the Commission for a period of five years from 27 March 2014. This report gives an overview of the Commission’s use of the empowerment. |
