Report on the exercise of the power to adopt delegated acts conferred on the Commission pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 577/98

Report presented on 1 July 2019 by the European Commission on the application of the power to adopt delegated acts relating to the organisation of a labour force sample survey in the European Union.

Further information:

Regulation (EC) No 577/98 on the organisation of a labour force sample survey in the Community, as amended by Regulation (EU) No 545/2014, empowers the European Commission to adopt delegated acts for a period of 5 years from 18 June 2014. This power is to be tacitly extended for further periods of 5 years. The Commission is required to draw up a report on the delegation of power no later than 9 months before the end of each five-year period.
