Summary: By March 2019, Brexit fatigue was beginning to take its toll. Much of the public just wanted Brexit to be over and done with, and for the government to tackle neglected domestic issues. When one negotiation finished, so another would begin; and hammering out the details of the future relationship promised to be an even tougher challenge than withdrawal.
