Summary: This article analyses the changing structure of Europe’s agricultural law. It looks into the development of the common agriculture policy (CAP) in regards of the structure of European law. The first section of the article investigates the constitutional principles governing the ‘old’ CAP. The following section will provide an analysis of the novel legislative regime. The conclusion summarises the results and asks whether there are constitutional limits to legislative decentralisation. |
