The EEA Joint Committee aims to amend Protocol 31 to the EEA Agreement in order to allow the EEA EFTA States (Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein) to continue to participate in Union actions related to budget line 12 02 01 - Implementation and Development of the Single Market for Financial Services, entered into the general budget of the European Union for the financial year 2018.
