Summary: This report sets out the mid-term results obtained by the Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme and the qualitative and quantitative aspects of its implementation. The interim evaluation covers the 2014, 2015 and 2016 annual work programmes. The 2017 work programme has been analysed chiefly in terms of design and structure, but not in terms of execution. Further information: The Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme 2014-2020 was established by Regulation (EU) No 1381/2013. Its general objective is to contribute to the further development of an area where equality and the rights of persons as enshrined in the TEU, in the TFEU, in the Charter and in the international human rights conventions to which the Union has acceded, are promoted, protected and effectively implemented. |
