NATO Needs a Strategy for Countering Russia in the Arctic and the Black Sea

The author suggested that it was important that, during the NATO Brussels summit, 11-12 July 2018 the alliance recognised the threat Russia posed in the neglected areas of the Arctic and the Black Sea.
