Employment, Social Policy, Health and Consumer Affairs Council, 15 March 2018

A meeting of the Employment, Social Policy, Health and Consumer Affairs Council was held on 15 March 2018. This meeting focused on social policy and employment. The agenda includes the following topics:

+ Exchange of views on the impact of changes to the labour market as a result of digitalisation;

+ Adoption of Recommendation setting out a European framework for quality and effective apprenticeships;

+ Adoption of conclusions on the Annual Growth Survey (AGS) and the Joint Employment Report (JER);

+ Endorsement of the key messages from the Employment Committee regarding the implementation of the Youth Guarantee;

+ Update on the preparations for the Tripartite Social Summit held later in month.
