Report on the exercise of the delegation conferred on the Commission pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 609/2013 on food intended for infants and young children, food for special medical purposes and total diet replacement for weight control

The European Commission published a Report, following the requirement by Article 18(2) of Regulation (EU) No 609/2013 of such a document on the exercise of the delegation conferred by that Regulation.

The Food for Specific Groups Regulation had applied for less than one year and still not yet in its entirety. The Commission had to date adopted four delegated acts.
