The European Fund of Strategic Investments (EFSI), one of the pillars of the Investment Plan for Europe, announced on 11 July 2017 its support to a €150 million loan EIB loan agreement with Cosmote, a Greek telecommunications operator, to upgrade its mobile broadband network. The agreement aims to help to finance Cosmote's plans to enhance and expand its mobile broadband network, significantly increasing the network's performance in terms of speed, capacity and coverage. |
