nullAbstract: This paper hoped to provide a full assessment of the state of Franco‐German affairs in security and defence as of early 2015, and set out a potential way forward in view of such opportunities. Looking at the Franco‐German relationship, it identified the converging and diverging trends that underlied military transformation in both countries, to gauge the likelihood for success or failure of further cooperation. The authors concluded that the gap today in political and military outlooks between both countries was either steady or closing slightly. |
